Tai Chi
In this drop-in taichi class we learn and practice the Yang Family style 37-posture short-form of taichi as taught by Professor Cheng Man-Ch'ing. All classes are open to anyone including beginners, and we learn at the levels of the students who attend on a given day.
Taichi has been shown to help with health and physical stability, and it is also a good stress-reliever and promotes the healthy movement of the chi essential energies throughout the body.
