Outdoor Summer Concert Series

In keeping with our long tradition of community outreach, the First Unitarian Church of Rochester would like to offer a summer concert series which is free to the public. Our intent is to schedule four concerts on weekeday evenings in July and August.

We believe that this type of community outreach in our gardens moves the Memorial Garden from a place perceived as "for church members only" to a community asset and resource. We hope that by welcoming neighbors into the garden and entertaining them with quality music, they will see the garden and First Unitarian as a place that makes their neighborhood more vibrant and strives to meet their community needs.

The program will draw from a community rich in musical talent and will be set in a garden of great natural beauty which will be a pleasure to share with our neighbors and community.
