Coming of Age
Facilitators: Rev. Jen Crow & Jan Gartner, Director of Religious Education
Sunday evenings, 5-7pm, twice a month
This rite of passage program for 9th and 10th graders encourages participants to wrestle with life’s big questions in a supportive environment, articulate their beliefs, and deepen their identities as Unitarian Universalists. The year culminates with participants crafting a Sunday morning worship service for the whole church community and an exciting trip to Boston to dive into our history. Orientation and registration in September are required.

UU Moms' Night Out

3rd Wednesdays, 6pm
Join First Unitarian Mothers for an evening out. We share a meal (at a different local restaurant) each month without our children. This is an opportunity to share laughter, a great meal we didn't have to cook, parenting stories and tips, and to affirm one another in our Unitarian parenting journey. Please send an email to Lisa Hotaling for an invitation as they are sent out by evite. RSVP's are required, as we make dinner reservations ahead of time. This group is always open to new members - hope to see you there!!

Sunday Evening Youth Group

Sunday evenings, 5-7pm
All high school youth are invited to join us on Sundays for evenings full of crazy fun, community building, yummy dinner, worship, and a variety of opportunities (chosen by youth) to put our faith in action. Come every week or drop in when you can - you are always welcome!

High School Parent Drop-in
Facilitator: Jan Gartner, Director of Religious Education
5-7pm on occasional Sundays
Join us for munchies and conversation while your high schooler is at Youth Group. If interest exists, we can have structured discussions around particular topics, watch movies, etc. A way to stay connected with other parents of teens!
