The Peace Advocates Task Force of
the First Unitarian Church or Rochester, NY, is actively engaged
in a variety of pro-peace, social justice efforts.
BRING
THEM HOME NOW! is a campaign of military families, veterans,
active duty personnel, reservists and others who are opposed
to the ongoing war in Iraq and want the troops brought home now.
Iraq Veterans
Against the War is a group of veterans who have served since
September 11th, 2001 including Operation Enduring Freedom and
Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Military Families
Speak Out is an organization of more than 4,000 families opposed to the war in Iraq who have relatives or loved ones who are currently in the military or who have served in the military since the buildup to the Iraq war in the fall of 2002. Gold Star Families
Speak Out is a chapter of Military Families Speak Out, comprised
of members whose loved ones served in the military during the
period including the build-up to the war in Iraq (fall, 2002)
to the present, and have been killed or have died.

for Peace is a national organization that includes men and
women veterans from World War II, Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf War,
other conflicts and peacetime veterans.
