Removing the Steps From the Entry Courtyard

The step up to the original entrance was a problem for those in wheelchairs. (enlarge)
Around 1986 the entry courtyard was rebuilt and regraded to eliminate the step (whose outline is however echoed by the line of ornamental brick). (enlarge)
