Special RE Programming For Summer 2010
This summer, we'll be having guest workshop leaders most every Sunday in Gilbert Hall for Ages 5 and up! (There will be childcare for 4 years and under in Room 120.)
July 4th: "Democratic decision making" Games and famous UUs in US politics.
July 11th: "Rain Forest Fun" Karen Fires will introduce you to her monkey, snake, and bird! Learn about the rain forest and what is happening there.
July 18th: "Drum Circle" Mark Cold and members of the Rochester drumming circle guide us in collective sound!
July 25th: "Joys from the Jewish tradition" The Scheer family will share food, fun, and stories from their Jewish heritage.
August 1: "Twists and Turns" John Barthelmes will teach ballooning and lead us in drama games.
August 8: "Juggle and Jive" Roy Wood, juggler and dancer, will lead us in all around fun!
August 15: "Tutoring the Navajo" Jack Malinoff and his wife will share a powerpoint about their involvement with the Navajo reservation.
August 22: "Magic and Science" Dave Neumman will share some old magic tricks, and we'll add a few science puzzlers.

Our regular religious education program resumes after Labor Day.
