The light by which we live is not a constant beam.
It comes and goes.
When it comes, we reuoice;
When it goes, we learn to be faithful in simple things.
Sometimes there is nothing at all for you to do except the obvious, simple and necessary things which lie just ahead of you.
Do them as best you can today, tomorrow and the day following.
And who knows but that, on the day following, you shall emerge into the light again and see the way ahead more plainly than ever before.
